At Dick's Edinburgh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you may return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are unworn, in their original condition with all tags attached, and securely packed in the original shipping box.

  Ship the Item

  Send your return using a tracked and insured postal service to our boutique address in Edinburgh; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
